Is SammyDress Legit?
To start with, I started typing SammyDress into the search box on my browser. The first search suggestion is usually the phrase “Sammydress legit”.
I’m not surprised.
When you look through their online shop, it’s a bit shocking. The question that popped into my head is “How on earth can a full-length ball gown that looks like THAT, cost $17? It’s got to be a trap.” Continue browsing through the site and you’ll get more excited, and more fearful.
My SammyDress Review
Upfront I’ll say that I haven’t yet ordered anything from SammyDress yet. My friends have though, and I’ve been keeping my eyes on this retro red poofy dress (same as the one pictured below). It is an easy $12.
The first thing I noticed on the site is that there is a countdown timer next to the price. Right now, the timer reads 3 days and 45 minutes (it is counting down to the second). This is encouraging. It makes me think that maybe the cheap pricing and limited time deal is so that they move inventory at the speed of lightening. They’d make only cents on each item but sell a bajillion items per days?
I haven’t yet figured it out. But from what I’ve heard, items arrived within 2 weeks, and are decent quality. I say decent because obviously they aren’t some insane tailor-made masterpiece. But apparently they fit well, are a pretty nice material, and was overall are a pretty rad deal.
