Once you are a teacher you can also earn referral credits by sharing your own Palfish invite code with your friends. One spot on the app says its $30 per new accepted teacher, but in the fine print it says ¥200 Chinese Yen. Which currently is about the same amount, but it’s unclear which amount they’ll go with if the exchange rate changes. I’m assuming its the ¥200.
