Color Run Review
I’m an avid runner, usually of 5k and 10k races. I mean, I’ve also been known to be crazy and do half marathons or full marathons—eek! So I guess I was the natural choice on the Coupon Suck team for doing the Color Run review!
But I sadly never actually got a chance to do the race (due to unforeseen reasons).
However, I did speak to friends who did, and here’s the review I gathered from them.
I thought it was going to be sorta cheesy and not at all what was advertised, but I was wrong. According to them it was phenomenal, and such a good time. They met a ton of new friends just being all together in the craziness of it all. At around $40 per person, it’s a great deal for a great day of fun.
You should show up in really light-colored clothing, that can get ruined. And prepare to be completely, completely covered in color. Bring towels for your car, and wet wipes, and bags for the clothes, and everything. Seriously, it’s a mess. But the most fun 5k mess I’ve ever done!
